Week 1: 10-minute Boot Camp Workout by Jeanette Jenkins

It’s killer.  WARNING: Burpees ahead.

As the trainer suggests, do the circuit 2-3 times for the most effective workout.  I did it twice…and I was panting about 2 minutes in…because of the burpees.  I used 5 lb hand weights, and that was enough.  It was a great workout, and I will be using this one agin this week, atleast once.
