I know, I know it’s May. And not Christmastime. But, this boot camp session is not just for the holidays. This circuit is a great body weight session; you will only need one hand weight, medicine ball or kettle bell; and a pull up bar. We really need to invest in one of these! I think I can talk The Amazing Jeff into this in a few weeks.
