You won’t need much for this circuit. Just you, a resistance band and some valslides, or socks and a slippery floor.
I don’t have valslides so I modified some of these to do on the kitchen floor. Do the circuit 2-3 times. One of my favorite move is the seated row. It is killer! I did that in my Back and Biceps session with my trainer last week and my biceps still hurt and it’s been 3 days!! But that is the best kind of hurt right? Right.
One more week of this challenge left! How is your beach body coming along? 5 more weeks until our vacation and I am almost where I want to be. Just a few more weeks to get there and then I get to go vacation clothes and bikini shopping! Woooooo….
