I really love HIIT workouts. High Intensity Interval Training. They make the most dramatic changes in my body. I love setting up HIIT circuits, but when I run out of ideas I turn to bodyrock.tv and thedailyhiit.com. Their workouts are fast, intense and super motivating!
The Bodyrock community is also super motivating. These ladies are intense, and they work for it.
I love that these workouts are FREE. It’s been a really cold winter here in MN, and with The Babe, I can’t always get to the gym. So being able to do these 10-15 minute workouts during her little catnaps during the day have been a huge help this week!
