Take time today to reward yourself, with a nice long hot bath, or a mani/pedi…if you are going for a true rest day.
If you’ve got some training goals or weight loss goals to meet, try making today an active rest day…go for a walk, ride a bike, hit the pool if you are so inclined. The point of an active rest day is to keep your body moving, but at a slow, easy pace with an activity that won’t add stress to the muscles we’ve been working so hard to breakdown this week.
