Big Booty Challenge


As part of my Isabody Challenge I have been working on specific areas of my body to have the biggest impact on my end results.  So here is my 3 week Big Booty Challenge.  It’s a 3 week schedule of my workouts, the links to the original creators of the circuits if it’s not me, and some great tips on getting out of your comfort zone in your training!  I know I got out of my comfort zone!  With Kickboxing, Ju-jitsu, and Coach Jan kicking my butt in her Boot camps I got waaaaaaaay out of my little zone of comfort.
