Day 4…cleanse day #2
So I got up this morning and got on the scale and I have lost almost 4 pounds so far!!
Yesterday was rough…very rough. But Now that I know what to expect…today was much better.
Knowing that there is an end in sight and that I can have some good food tomorrow makes me very excited! I must say…that after being so diligent yesterday, and seeing the amazing progress on the scale makes me so very happy! But not only that, I am detoxing from sugar, and junk. And when I am done with this cleanse I am never going to want to eat junk food ever again!
I’m in the 120s! AHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Way to go on your first full day!! You will absolutely still crave some sweets from time to time but your perspective on what a sweet is will likely change. I got really in to my 1 cup strawberry or grape snack after. 🙂
Yeah…real food (not crap) is going to be a big part of this new way of eating for me.
